A red stethoscope defines me for the profession I want to go into. I want to be a neonatal nurse. I am going to be attending either a 2 year or 4 year program and then graduate as a registered nurse, after of course passing my boards. Nursing takes a certain kind of soul and mind to be able to be compassionate, caring, and attentive towards patients and the patients’ families. It takes a special kind of person to do all the things a nurse has to do in a day. I hope that I will be able to be a good, kind nurse on day.
